If you haven't already submitted a Preliminary Interest Form, please do so before beginning your application.

Instructions

You will be guided through the process of filling out the Missionary Application via a series of pages. As you finish each page your information will be saved so if you need to stop working on the application and come back another time you'll be able to pick up where you left off.

Here is a list of the information that you'll be asked to provide for the application:

• Personal Information
• Church Information
• Education History
• Ministry Experiences
• Financial Debt Information
• References' Contact Information (pastor/church, job supervisor, two peers)
• Essay Questions (we recommend you write up your answers in a separate program ahead of time and copy & paste them into the application)
  1. Briefly describe how you became a Christian. Include influential people, books, or events, and an assessment of how you have grown within the past year.
  1. Explain why you feel called to ministry. Include an assessment of your experience, strengths, weaknesses, and why DiscipleMakers is best suited to help you succeed in ministry.
  1. Explain what you would like to learn and how you would like to see God use you in a potential career with DiscipleMakers.
